FAQ
Questions contractors ask us
Straight answers about pricing, contracts, setup and who owns what.
Getting started
What happens on the free lead audit?
It’s a 30-minute call on Google Meet. We look at how leads reach you today, where they’re getting missed or going cold, and what we’d fix first. It’s free, and you’ll leave with a list of fixes whether you hire us or not.
How much does it cost?
We have set packages for bundled services, but every business is different. We don’t post prices online. We go over pricing on a quick call or Google Meet once we know what you need.
Who do you work with?
Home services businesses: roofing, gutters, siding, windows, doors, garage doors, painting, landscaping, HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
Contracts and billing
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice by email, text or mail. You’re billed through the end of the notice period.
Are there setup fees?
Some services have a one-time setup fee, and those fees aren’t refundable. Others have no setup fee at all. We’ll tell you which is which before you sign up.
Setup and the app
How does setup work?
We handle all the backend setup. Then we do a live walkthrough call, usually 1 to 1.5 hours, and give you how-to videos so you can look things up later.
What will I use day to day?
One app where you reply to leads, read call recaps from your AI receptionist, check your calendar, see your reviews and track your pipeline.
Can I keep my business phone number?
Yes. We port your number in, which usually takes about a week. Cell numbers port more easily than landlines. If you ever leave, you can port it back out.
Will it work with my calendar?
Yes. You can sync your Google Calendar so booked estimates land where you already look.
How do I reach you if something comes up?
Call, text or email Mike directly at 702-957-1849 or contact@contractordma.com.
Ownership
Who owns my website?
If you pay for your site with a one-time setup fee, it’s yours. If your site is on a monthly subscription, it stays with us if you cancel.
Who owns my ad accounts?
You do. Your Google and Facebook ad accounts stay in your name, and you keep them if you leave.
Find out where your leads are slipping through.
Free, 30 minutes, on Google Meet. You’ll leave with a list of what to fix, whether you hire us or not.
